Made to Order

We deliver to any registered mailing address in the UK and Rest of World, excluding PO boxes. 

UK and Jersey orders are calculated based on the order value. 

Europe and the rest of the world will be based on a weight value which will be calculated at checkout.

 *For prints & frames, there is a minimum order value of £150 for carriage paid and for cards & postcards, there is a minimum order of £150. For any orders below these values, you will be charged a standard tariff of £12.50 for each product type to cover a small order administration fee.

Made to Order

We care about our planet and our carbon footprint, and so we make all of our products to order in the UK and Holland to reduce waste. This prevents us from offering next day or expedited delivery options in most cases, but if you do have a tight turnaround, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team will do their best to help. 

Order Tracking

We offer full tracking on orders over £65 that will be supplied to you on your dispatch confirmation. For tracking updates on orders below £65 please get in touch for further information. We would ask for you to await the relevant lead time before getting in touch. 

Dispatch Locations

Our products are dispatched from varying different locations and so if your order contains multiple product types, these may arrive in separate packages, as outlined above. If the relevant lead time has passed and you have not received your full order please contact us for further information.

Order Amendments and Changes to Delivery Information

Your order will be dispatched to the shipping address as quoted on the order, once your order has been placed it moves to our third-party manufacturer to prepare, so any changes to your order or delivery address must be reported to East End Prints within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order is already in production with the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee accommodation to any requests. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Local Tax and Import Duty

VAT will be recalculated at checkout once delivery destination is input, as applicable. 

If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local country’s import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and East End Prints are not liable for any of these charges to be returned to the customer. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the final destination. 

Faulty or Missing Items

If there are any issues with your products, or there is any stock missing, this must be reported to us within 28 working days with relevant photographs or evidence of the error, and we will be happy to investigate and resolve for you by way of credit lines, or replacements. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

All POs received as wholesale are binding and agreed, and so we can only offer a credit line or exchange for faulty goods. Any order discrepancies or product faults must be reported back to East End Prints via wholesale@eastendprints.co.uk within 28 working days from receipt of goods, any requests beyond this time will be null and void. 

Changes to Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery, we will get in touch with you.
